I'm on a quest to be a better me.
For the next year, I'm going to implement one positive change per month that will hopefully become habit. Each month I will assess whether the change made my life markedly better or worse. Changes will be based on things that I'm interested in, areas I need improvement on, or general good practices and responsible parenting/adult-ing.
This experiment will run from January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016.
